Dropstake is live commerce built around creators. You sell limited product runs live on camera, and your community can back each run before it launches.

The idea
Creators bring the audience. Stakers bring the capital. Customers bring the demand.
Go live with a limited run and sell it to your audience in real time.
25%of the profit per unit soldMembers stake on a product run before it launches. The money sits in escrow until the goal is met.
50%shared across stakersViewers watch, swipe to buy while stock lasts, or miss out. Leftover stock stays on sale after the drop.
1 swipeto buyHow a drop works
A limited run is set up with the Dropstake team: product, units and price.
Stakers back the run. Their money is authorized and held in escrow, not taken.
Goal met: the run is funded. Goal missed: every staker is refunded in full.
You pick a go-live time. The drop gets its own page and a public countdown.
You stream. Viewers swipe to buy while the stock counter ticks down.
Profit on units sold splits 25% you, 25% platform, 50% stakers.
Part one · The shopper app
Four moments: discover the drop, count down to it, watch you live, and buy in one swipe.

Discover
There's no sign-up wall. The app opens straight onto what's live, and people only need an account when they buy or chat.

Up next
A scheduled drop has its own page with the product, the drop price, the units in the run and the exact go-live time. Fans can add it to their cart ahead of time.
“Buying opens the moment the drop goes live. Stock moves fast.”
What your audience reads

Live
Viewers watch you full-screen and buy without leaving the stream. Every purchase shows up in the chat, and everyone sees the same stock counter update live.
Viewers see you about five seconds behind real time (low-latency HLS).

Checkout
The swipe locks in the unit straight away, then a checkout sheet rises over the stream for delivery and payment. Fans can also fill a cart ahead of time and check out the moment the drop goes live.

After the drop
Every live is recorded automatically and lands under Replays. Stock that didn't sell stays buyable under Previously dropped while it lasts.

Part two · The staker app
Stakers put money behind a product run before it launches, and share in the profit when it sells.

Staker membership
Any shopper can become a staker. Members see unreleased launches first, place stakes on product runs, and share the profit when a run sells.

Launches
Each launch shows the funding goal, the amount staked so far, the number of stakers and the time left. The terms are the same for everyone:

Placing a stake
Open to every member · up to 100 stakers per launch
By invitation · up to 20 per launch · invites can come from you
A swipe authorizes the stake. Nothing is captured unless the launch hits its goal.

Escrow
Stakers follow each run in My Stakes, where returns only appear once they're settled, never as projections.
Escrowed stakes are captured, the run goes ahead and your drop can be scheduled.
The hold is released and every staker gets their full stake back. No fees are kept.
Part three · For creators
A share of every unit you sell, without buying any stock up front.

The split
25%
of the distributable profit on every unit you sell is yours.
